All purchases in Egg Smash Adventures are for virtual in-game items that are delivered instantly upon payment. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds on Delivered Items

Because virtual items (gold coins, tool packs, and permanent upgrades) are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund or credit in the following cases:

• Payment was successfully charged but the items were never delivered to your account due to a technical error
• A duplicate charge occurred for the same purchase
• You are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law in your country

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at yotam@exacti.us with:

• Your device ID or account details
• The item purchased and the date of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
